Responsive web design is something I have recently been very interested in. My usual design focus is in print design, but I have recently been enjoying exploring the world of responsive web design. Responsive web design (versus adaptive design) is rooted in the idea that, as mobile browsing is becoming a popular channel to view sites, as much thought should be put into the desktop site as the mobile one. An adaptive design is resized when viewed on a mobile screen, but a responsive design is actually an entirely different organization of the elements on the page to make the site more accessible in mobile viewing.
